At Offermart.pk, we value our customers and aim to provide quality products and reliable service. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Defective Products

Any defective product must be reported to our Customer Care Department within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
2. Warranty Coverage

All electrical goods come with a 1-month warranty starting from the date the customer receives the product.

During the warranty period, the product will be repaired.
3. Replacement Policy

In certain cases, if the product cannot be repaired, it may be replaced, subject to stock availability at that time.
4. Warranty Void Conditions
The warranty will be considered void if:

The product has been tampered with or repaired by the customer or any unauthorized person before being received at the Offermart.pk warehouse.

The product is not used according to the guidelines mentioned in the manual or instruction booklet.
5. Warranty Expiry

Repair or replacement requests will not be entertained after the warranty period expires.
6. Accessories & Spare Parts

Offermart.pk does not supply extra attachments other than those originally included with the product.

No loose spare parts will be provided during the warranty period.
7. Damage & Mishandling

Offermart.pk is not responsible for product replacement if damage occurs due to:

Customer negligence or mishandling

Damage during transit after delivery

8. Refund Policy

During the warranty period, refunds will not be issued if the product can be repaired or replaced.
9. Return & Shipping Charges

For warranty-related repairs or replacements, customers must send the product to the Offermart.pk warehouse at their own expense.

Under specific approved circumstances, return shipping charges may be covered by Offermart.pk.
10. Deductions on Returns

If a product is returned to Offermart.pk for any reason, a 30% deduction will be applied to the actual price mentioned on the invoice.
